Description of refund

The refund of funds is made to Your Bank account within 10 working days (the date depends on the Bank that issued Your Bank card).

For the refund we will need the following documents:

• the application addressed to the Director General;
• passport of the payer;
• the initial cash receipt;
• if payment was by card, the terminal receipt and the card which the purchase was made.
